The short version
This policy covers all of our mobile apps, games, websites, and the services around them. What truly applies to you depends on the features you actually use — so read the points below as the full menu, not a guarantee that every dish lands on your plate.
What we gather
- Things you hand us — your message, email address, the product name, and any screenshots or notes you attach when you reach out.
- Account bits — where a product has accounts: a username, your settings, and an account ID.
- Device signals — model, OS version, app version, language, region, plus crash and performance logs.
- Your creations — whatever you make, upload, or save inside a product.
- Ad & analytics IDs — only where a product uses those tools, and always subject to your device settings and the law.
Why we gather it
- To run, polish, and personalize the features you use.
- To answer your messages, bug reports, and feedback.
- To squash crashes, watch performance, and stop abuse.
- To show or measure ads where a product includes them.
- To meet our legal duties and uphold our terms.
Who else sees it
We don't sell your personal data — full stop. We share it only with the partners that help us run things: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support tooling, advertising, and platform services — and only for the reasons in section 03.
We may also hand it over when the law requires it, to protect people and our services, or as part of a business move such as a merger or sale of assets.
Device permissions
Permissions like notifications, photos, camera, microphone, location, and tracking are controlled by your device. Open your device's Settings to review or change any of them whenever you like — and a product will ask first before using one for the first time.
Keeping & guarding it
We hold on to personal data only as long as it's reasonably useful for the purposes above, unless the law asks us to keep it longer. We protect it with sensible technical and organizational measures — though, honestly, no system on earth is 100% bulletproof.
What you can ask for
You can ask us to show you, fix, or delete your personal data. We might confirm a detail to make sure it's really you and to pin down the right product before acting.
You're also in charge of device permissions, notifications, and ad-tracking — all adjustable in your device settings.
Younger players
Our products are meant for people who meet the age rules of their region and the age rating shown for each product. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children without the required consent. Think a child shared something? Tell us and we'll review and remove it where it's right to.
When this changes
We may refresh this policy now and then. When we do, the new version goes up here with an updated date at the top — no fine print buried elsewhere.
